MEDITATION ON ASKING YOURSELF QUESTIONS.

Sitting quietly with yourself is not always easy! Try to concentrate on your breath. Take a few minutes. Breathe in and out on the count of 5 until a deep relaxation happens. Can you feel the power of concentration?
Now this can be tricky: begin to think about a question you have. Allow this question to float up, easily, without judgment or worry. Or maybe simply ask yourself, “what would make me ask myself a life changing question?” Write in your Notebook what you encounter.
