Where do you find inspiration, fill the well, when you are sorely depleted?
Do you go for a walk, swim, yoga? The museums are wonderful, helping us
remember who we are. Dinner with friends. Sex. But what happens when the
depletion is so strong that you, we, I dont want to leave my apartment. Bathes,
mooooviess reading and music. Talk to friends. If you really need recovery
time, then you must take recovery time. Dont give yourself a bad time about
needing it. I cam out of such a time with an ability to ‘hold’ so much more
than I had ever thought. Would not of happened without the cocooning!
